Due to high demand, the school operates a strict policy of one appointment per student per teacher. This ensures all families have an equal opportunity to meet with staff, and we are unable to offer multiple appointments for the same student.

Where parents/carers live separately, families are asked to make their own arrangements to share information from the meeting. Students are expected to communicate key points at home, supported by their school report, which outlines progress, attainment and next steps.

Teachers are unable to provide duplicate appointments or repeat the same information. If you have a specific concern that cannot be addressed through the report or shared feedback, please contact the school and we will consider how best to support you.
